Born and raised in Western Colorado, Chase Wortmann has deep roots in the local real estate community and a genuine passion for helping people find a place they’re proud to call home. Chase recently earned his real estate license, building on a family legacy that has been a part of his life from an early age. Both his mother and grandmother spent more than 40 years in the real estate industry, giving Chase a unique perspective and appreciation for the business.
Chase also brings more than a decade of experience in the mortgage industry. His background gives him valuable insight into both the buying and financing sides of a transaction, allowing him to help clients navigate the process with confidence and clarity.
Outside of work, Chase enjoys skiing, biking, golfing, hiking, and spending time with his two boys. He’s proud to live, work, and play in Western Colorado and is passionate about helping others do the same.
